Life, Once upon a time there was a man who had finally given up. His final and big plan of being able to correct things from his past and rejoin with his family had failed and he was hopeless now as well as miserable. The world had fin ally defeated him. A lifetime of struggles and loss had left him alone and far from everything he cared about for such a very long time. There was something about this time that he had both lost the hope and the passion to find it again. He carefully started a detailed plan on how he was going to kill himself and during this plan he was taken to places he never knew existed, met people like he had never met before, made decisions he never would have made, took risks that nobody in their right mind would ever take, and discovered along the way that there was a God and a plan laid out before he was ever born, a plan that would change not only his life but the world around him. My interest used to be struggling to survive which in the end left me drawing out a plan on how to die. Now my interests are you, all of you amazing people whom shine as lights to the world and people around you. My interests are in life, a gift which has come at so great a cost and yet bears the most amazing of fruit in its season. My interests are in the God who ever so patiently planned out and carried me through when i did not even know he was there. My interest also is in the people I have come to spend time with that in the darkest hours, when there seems to be no hope, no plan, and when anyone else in their right mind would give up, instead take those as the moments they were born for. Those people that get up and fight the impossible fight, make the impossible choices, do the impossible things, and fulfill the impossible plans of an impossible God with only one thing to stand upon in the midst of the most terrifying of storms, the love and faith both from and in a God very few have had the privilege to experience in these ways but which is most certainly why we are here. My interest is in a gift, a truth, and a love so amazing that even if you were facing death and the fires of a storybook eternity in hell would jump at the chance and never look back. - my interest is in life
